High Temperature Battery
Our custom lithium-ion battery packs support charging and discharging in extremely hot environments, with an operating temperature range of 60°C to 100°C (140°F to 210°F).
Low temperature battery
Our low temperature battery can charge and discharge in severe cold conditions, with a temperature range of -5°C to -50°C (23°F to -58°F).
BMS technology
We can match the corresponding BMS regardless of the size of the battery. Excellent BMS can effectively improve the safety of use, extend the battery life and ensure the battery balance.
Communication technology

Custom Battery Process
1. Contact
Make an initial contact with us by email or phone, during which you can discuss the specific parameters of the battery or your expected usage scenario with us.
2. Design
Based on your needs, we will provide you with a tailor-made solution within 24 hours and have a conversation with you to determine whether it is the same as you imagined.
3. Sample/Testing
Once we reach an agreement, we will produce a prototype of the battery for you within 7 days and send it to you by mail for testing.
4. Production
When all tests are completed, we will confirm the production quantity with you and enter the mass production stage. All our production processes are strictly carried out in accordance with our mature SOP process, and you can request verification of our production process at any time.
5. Factory testing
When the battery is produced, we will conduct random spot checks to ensure that the battery reaches 98% yield rate when it is delivered. At the same time, we will overproduce, which is to replace failed batteries and for possible battery failure inspection.
6. Transportation
We have rich experience, high efficiency and the highest safety standards to meet the challenges of lithium-ion battery transportation. Our global logistics network ensures fast and flexible delivery to meet your own transportation and storage requirements.
