After-sales
What is the after-sales period?
Depending on the product category, we provide a three-year warranty for lithium-ion batteries and lithium polymer batteries, and a five-year warranty for lithium iron phosphate batteries.
How to apply for after-sales service?
For each project, we have a one-to-one account manager to work with you to promote the project. If you encounter any problems with the battery, you can communicate directly with the project manager, or contact us through any channel, and we will quickly activate our after-sales team to solve your problems.
